This is a huge problem for a family who doesn't use credit cards. I can't believe the hours I have now spent trying to spend my own money @allybank. I doubt we will keep our accounts there much longer. Don't use them!!!

That it hadn't yet been 7 business days. First of all, it has been. Second of all, I was told it was supposed to be expedited. Clearly, it wasn't. My only option now is to order a new one (they say they'll expedite it! ha!) and wait again. 3/4
