I need to speak to someone as we have to move the flight because even though the country is on a red list you still refuse to cancel flights or reimburse customers.

@Ryanair you’re customer service is literally a joke! We have been trying to call for the last 3 days in a row, constantly and your phone line just says we are busy call back. How is anyone meant to get help and advice if you never let anyone talk to you. #rage #avoidingcustomers
