Perhaps as a medical community over the years we have done society a huge disservice by leading everyone to believe that we have all the answers. The truth is, despite huge progress, we have very few of the answers.

@mellojonny @RslewisSally It’s not just social determinants. Our hierarchical Organisational structures hard wire health inequalities unhealthywork.org/classic-studie…. We need flat, agile organisation these are both healthy, compassionate and effective.

We urgently need medical professionals around the world to advocate for and act on the social determinants of health, for this will save far more lives for far less money than action on Coronavirus alone
