The Anjuman-e Taraqqi-e Urdu in Karachi is doing great things! Was very happy to a tour of their new facilities and learn about their digitization project. I had no idea that they Anjuman has already digitized and had uploaded over 700 manuscripts: vhmml.org/readingRoom/.
