Tips for Crew Leaders📜👇🏼
As the leader of the MS GANG crew, I would like to share interesting information and give advice to other leaders.
How did I assemble my @L3E7_Official crew❓
It's no secret, that many crews were created by close friends or guys who have known each other for a long time.
In my case it's a little different.
Initially, I connected with a couple of people, who also didn’t have their own crew, I had seen these guys before in the space and knew, that they had some experience and were active here.
After that, we started looking for the rest of the guys to recruit 8 people.
We discussed each person in detail together and conducted interviews in order to find truly knowledgeable people and be sure, that they would not let us down.
A few days later we assembled a full team.
I didn’t know any of them closely, so it was more difficult for us to cooperate and work together, but we did it and now our crew is in a good place at the top.
How to create a working atmosphere and work productively❓
I knew it would be difficult, but I was sure it was possible.
I thought this moment to the smallest detail and began to implement the plan:
1. I discussed with each of them their strong gaming and content skills and distributed the tasks.
2. Created a chat for our team and a separate channel for current and important news on the project.
3. Together we made a schedule of calls, which we do regularly to discuss all victories and defeats, encourage each other and discuss an action plan for the future!
Now we’re moving well, each of us knows his task and fulfills it.
If there is a problem or difficulty, we try to solve it together and show the result!
Some tips I want to share with other Crew Leaders❗️:
- Build an action plan;
- Find out everyone's strengths;
- Distribute tasks;
- Be active daily with your team;
- Motivate your crew members;
- Help your teammates and solve problems quickly;
- Be an example!

For this art work, I used my favorite @ConvictionStd character (J-Rex) and one of my favorites from anime (Zeref Dragneel)!
At first glance, this may seem like an ordinary drawing, but it is not, I put a deep meaning into it and I want to tell it to you👇🏻
Imagine, that these two characters met and united into one team. They set out on a journey to find the key to save Neosak. Their main goal is to find a treasure, that will help their kingdom rise to the top of the pedestal. They want to revive the meta and become the most famous in the whole world. They have come a very long way, each time they didn’t find anything, they didn’t get upset, but kept hope in themselves and supported each other. Having traveled almost the entire planet, these guys finally found the place, where the treasure is hidden.
Having taken this sacred coin out of the tube, they will be able to control all the processes associated with it and will be able to raise it to a new level. They only have to take a couple of steps and they will reach their goal. This is teamwork, this is the future!
All of the above not only describes this job, but makes you understand that you can do anything, the main thing is to really want it and be in the right environment💪🏻💛
