On our way south this weekend, Lauren and I drove through the Mississippi Delta where we were shocked to see dozens of homes flooded and abandoned. This massive destruction of farmland and wildlife habitats is apparently man-made, and we've heard nothing about it: #FinishThePumps

@danieltcrouch Bad question, but still fun; the important question is what is the point of a grade? To signal content mastery (certification) or to sort individuals based on intelligence (IQ test or GRE, etc)

In honor of all those graduating this month, here's a question I've been debating with my co-workers: what is the proper distribution of grades for a given test or class? Should we expect students to mostly get As or something closer to the middle like B- or Cs?
