@madebygoogle We bought the Pixel 4a 5g on Black Friday and traded in a Pixel 2, which had a $235 trade-in value. However because we accidentally reported a 2XL, it is being re-evaluated to only $35! And @GoogleStore won't allow us to return the phone or send our phone back?!?

@madebygoogle I'm not sure why you offered this trade-in if you are not going to honor it. Now my wife is out $200 and can't get her phone back or the Black Friday discounta because she accidentally reported her phone as a Pixel 2XL instead of a Pixel 2. Is there truly nothing you can do?

@madebygoogle The Google Support Inquiry: Case ID is [9-5175000031045]. They just told me they would let me return the phone but that I wouldn't get my old phone back! I just want them to honor the value of the Pixel 2 at the time of the offer and not punish us $200 for reporting the wrong 📞

Our store rep, Princess Joy, told us we had no recourse and then added "Have a nice day!" Which is completely inappropriate after being told we are keeping $200 of your money. To top it off we bought the phone with Financing and just had a baby...

Our store rep, Princess Joy, says "the offer is no longer available, have a nice day". And, we can't return the 4a 5g, or get our Pixel 2 back!🤬

@Ricker666 Exactly. Got my Pixel 4a 5g on Black Friday for net $200 USD after Google gave me $300 trade in on my Pixel 3.

The last conference I did (Nov ‘19) I was appalled at how unhealthy and overweight I looked. My mental health was also not right. Now I’ve taken control and reclaimed my ground. There is more to health than just moving and eating.

@joe_sepi @SoSplush I'm not really into getting into holy wars, but I never saw the appeal of vim over emacs. But, I wrote so much elisp in college that I am extremely biased.

@SoSplush I favor Jetbrains (WebStorm, IntelliJ, Android Studio, PyCharm, etc.) In the terminal, emacs, or a lightweight clone (nano, pico) for quick edits. Occasionally VSCode, because I want to like it more. It is the future for cloud based IDEs (StackBlitz, CodeSandbox).
