@tapairportugal are you joking with this response? We can’t get in touch with anyone at PHL airport because you don’t have a presence there. No one at Newark was able to help either. Why can’t you help us?
@tapairportugal also we filed a lost baggage claim within your 24 hour required window and it only allowed my fiance to submit his 2 bags but not my 2 bags because we have a different last name but same registration number. Why is your website so bad???
@tapairportugal how has it been almost 24 hours and we haven’t been provided ANY update on where our bags are or accommodations for a flight to be rebooked from PHL to EWR???? Will be filing a complaint with the FAA if you do not help us all ASAP
