@mikejbain When I call, it just says 'We are too busy to even put you on hold' but that can't be true, because I am calling at different times in the day/evening every day - statistically, it's not possible. They just don't have anyone on the fucking phones.

Does anyone know how to actually contact the IRD and speak to a human? I have been calling for weeks, it says 'Call times are bonkers, check our website'. I check the website, it says 'Message us', so I do, then it says 'No can do, call us'. I AM GOING BANANAS!!!!
