@defnotchiefYTA @ytnichelab I used to make videos of him 5 months ago, but idk I got bored and I quit it.
Probably one of my biggest mistakes.
I even contacted them to give me the right to use their voice until I realized that was easier cloning it with Eleven labs xd.

the laziest person i know makes $50K/month with AI because of this brain hack
i cracked the code on how AI can literally rewire your brain in 36 hours
(backed by neuroscience not motivational bs)
while you're watching "make money with AI" tutorials...
your brain is rewiring for MORE procrastination
you are destroying yourself without even knowing it...
every video you consume without action strengthens the neural pathways keeping you stuck
but i reverse-engineered something different:
how to use AI prompts to hack your dopamine system
your anterior cingulate cortex sees big AI projects as threats
triggering cortisol that paralyzes decision-making
your prefrontal cortex gets overwhelmed by complexity creating loops where anticipation kills motivation
but here's what the top AI entrepreneurs discovered:
specific AI prompts can decompose any project into dopamine-triggering micro-tasks
HOUR 1-12: AI-Powered Goal Decomposition
my custom AI prompts break your biggest AI opportunity into 25-90 minute tasks
each completion floods your brain with dopamine
creating positive feedback loops that enhance focus and drive
HOUR 13-24: AI-Optimized Reward Scheduling
AI analyzes your personality to create variable ratio reward schedules
keeping your brain engaged through unpredictability
personalized micro-rewards, milestone celebrations, breakthrough moments
HOUR 25-36: Exercise-Enhanced AI Integration
aerobic exercise + AI prompt sequences = neuroplasticity on steroids
elevated brain responses in the medial orbitofrontal cortex
literally strengthening your reward circuitry while AI handles the complexity
this destroys traditional productivity advice because:
most methods target willpower
this targets your actual neural circuits using AI precision
instead of fighting your overwhelm...
AI breaks everything into dopamine-optimized sequences
your brain stops seeing AI projects as threats
starts perceiving them as reward opportunities
the overwhelm response gets replaced with AI-guided clarity
this isn't about discipline or motivation
it's about using AI to rewire your biology
comment "REWIRE" + like + repost + follow to get the complete 36-Hour AI Brain Rewiring Protocol in your DMs
includes the exact AI prompts, neuroscience exercises, and timing protocols that literally reprogram your brain for AI success

City Guide: Kuala Lumpur (KL)
If Bangkok and Singapore had a baby, it would be Kuala Lumpur. Cheaper than Singapore, more developed than Bangkok, and one of the most underrated cities in Asia.
Let’s break it down.
——————
Part 1: Overview
Kuala Lumpur is a second-tier city (not on the level of Singapore or Hong Kong) but with great affordability, infrastructure, and convenience. Unlike most cities in Southeast Asia, KL is multicultural. Malay, Chinese, Indian, Middle Eastern all call KL their home.
✔️ Business hub – big finance, crypto (e.g etherscan), and e-commerce players
✔️ Fast internet & modern infrastructure
✔️ Solid entrepreneur/expat community
✔️ World-class food at ridiculous prices
✔️ cost of living is a tad lower than BKK
✔️ great airport and easy regional travel
✔️ Solid dating scene (if you know how)
The city has big money energy but is far more relaxed than for example Hong Kong.
——————
The Good
✅ Food is very good – a mix of Malay, Chinese, Indian and middle eastern cuisine, plus solid Western options.
✅ Malaysia has one of the highest English proficiency levels in Asia. Almost everyone in KL speaks fluent English. 1 week in KL and I have more smalltalk with random locals than 6 months in Bangkok.
✅ Malaysians are friendly, open, and curious about foreigners. No language barrier makes it easier to build local connections compared to other south asian cities.
✅ It’s a real city, but chill – There’s nightlife, there’s hustle, but you’re not dodging scooters 24/7 like in Bangkok.
✅ Great apartments for cheap – You can live in a high-rise with an infinity pool for a fraction of what you’d pay in Singapore. $1,200/month right in the center.
✅ No major visa headaches – 90-day visa-free entry for most countries and Malaysia My Second Home (MM2H) is an option if you want to stay long-term.
✅ If you stay in KLCC, Bangsar, or Bukit Bintang, walking is great. The city has proper sidewalks, bicycle lanes , covered walkways, and even car-free Sundays once a month. You can also use electric scooters with the Beam app, very convenient.
✅ Great hikes all around the city since KL is enclosed by mountains.
The Bad
❌ Nightlife is hit or miss – You’ll find cool bars and clubs, but the scene isn’t as wild as Bangkok or Saigon. Alcohol is taxed heavily.
❌ Public transport is improving but mid-tier. The MRT/LRT is decent but doesn’t cover everything.
❌ Traffic is bad. Uber (Grab) works well but no bike option. Outside the central areas, things spread out fast, and Grab is the most efficient way to get around if you leave your district.
——————
Part 2: The Map
Best Areas to Stay
I typically stay in KLCC.
This is where you’ll find the best hotels, high-end condos, and most walkable parts of the city.
- Four Seasons KL – Best luxury option, attached to KLCC Mall. Great rooftop bar.
- Ritz-Carlton – More old-school, but still solid.
- Pavilion Suites – If you’re renting long-term, this is an insane spot.
KLCC and Bukit Bintang are packed with high-end shopping, nightlife, and great food.
Secret Tip: Stay Around Heritage Row
Heritage Row is an underrated gem.
• Tons of Airbnb options. Maybe a bit cheaper than KLCC but still central (only takes you 5 minutes with the beam scooter to reach Petronas Towers)
• Perfect for remote work. A handful of top-tier cafes within 3 min walking distance.
• Elite Muay Thai gym in the neighborhood (Panthera) - if you train, you’ll love it.
• If you’re into daygaming, this is also a great spot since this is where fashionable girls pull up to take IG pics.
——————
Part 3: Logistics
a)Business & Work Spots
KL has elite cafes and co-working spaces.
• Common Ground (Bangsar South, Mont Kiara, KLCC) – One of the best coworking brands in Malaysia.
• Colony (KLCC) – Premium workspace with cool interior design.
• Wework at EQ Plaza - my personal favorite
• VCR Café (Bangsar & KLCC) – Best coffee, strong WiFi, and solid work vibes.
The cafe culture here is great. Even normal cafes have fast WiFi, making it easy to work from anywhere.
b) Nightlife & Social Scene
KL isn’t a party city, but it has solid nightlife options if you know where to go. Most places are in Changkat, TREC, or rooftop bars in KLCC.
TREC KL – The main nightclub strip. Best spots:
• Zouk KL – The biggest and best club in the city.
• Iron Fairies – A stylish cocktail bar with a moody, industrial vibe.
• Kyō KL – Underground club with house/techno vibes.
Chinatown Bars – lots of hidden speakeasies and rooftop lounges:
• PS150 – A secret bar inside a historic building.
• Attic Bar – Rooftop spot with great views and a chill crowd.
Bangsar Pubs & Bars – More laid-back, social, and less try-hard.
Best Nightlife Strategy:
1. Start at a rooftop bar (Vertigo, SkyBar, or Traders Hotel) for sunset drinks.
2. Hit Chinatown for speakeasies or Bangsar for social bars.
3. End at Zouk KL or TREC if you want a full send.
——————
Part 4: Dating & Girls in KL
KL has a diverse mix of Malay, Chinese, Indian, and expat women. Dating here depends on who you are and what you want.
• Malay girls – Traditional, more conservative (in theory but more often than not quite the opposite), often family-oriented.
• Chinese girls – More modern, career-focused, usually speak great English.
• Indian girls – More social, but not as common in the dating scene.
• Expat girls – Tourists & digital nomads passing through, or long-term expats.
Lots of girls here look very exotic due to a lot of them being mixed race. If you like latinas and middle eastern looking women, this is one of the best spots in Asia.
——————
Part 5: Air Quality
Air quality is mid but generally acceptable. Worst time to visit is usually around August - September. Best air quality is usually from November until February / March. It is one of the better places in Asia to survive burning season (December until April)
——————
Part 6: Final Verdict
Kuala Lumpur might be the most underrated city in Southeast Asia for digital nomads and long-term expats.
✅ Incredibly livable. Low costs, modern infrastructure, world-class food.
✅ Perfect base for exploring Asia. Cheap flights to Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam.
✅ Cool locals and very easy to connect due to no language barrier.
✅ Balanced lifestyle. Not as chaotic as Bangkok, not as rigid as Singapore.
Who KL Is not for:
❌ Degenerates and people who need insane nightlife and a super vibrant city – Bangkok or Saigon is better. KL definitely isn’t a city for degenerates but thats why I like it.
lulu@luluneverstops
Is Kuala Lumpur the most underrated city in SEA? Definitely the most walkable.

@JustinLeBlang @alexcooldev On the way already, would you add any other? I'll focus mainly on Google/Youtube

English

@daniskyy @alexcooldev Hey Dani - if I had zero experience this is the book I’d start with. Not only is it filled with great ideas and strategies but great for getting your mindset set for marketing.

English

I used to think building a great product was enough.
But if no one knows about it, even the best product just sits there 🫠
Later I realized:
- Building = 50%
- Storytelling & marketing = the other 50%
If you build but don’t market, you haven’t finished building.
People follow the builder, not just the product.
English

@JustinLeBlang @alexcooldev Thanks for your advise Justin, really appreciate it
English

From there the amount of resources available are endless depending on what channels you want to focus on. Meta, Google, YouTube, Social. There’s so many marketing verticals, but without knowing your target audience, it’s hard to advise you further. But that book is perfect for someone new to marketing.

@JustinLeBlang @alexcooldev Any advice that you can share with us Justin for start in marketing? Any books, suggestions, anything

@alexcooldev Been a marketer for a long time. Now I’m learning how to build. I’ve always been good at making my clients money. We’ll see if I can do the same for myself when I have a product.
