@SalSports The totes are owned by the municipality, that being said , I have put garbage in there while walking that I picked up from th ground….to me it seems like a no brainer. I can’t see a neighbor getting upset because I picked up some trash for them and threw it in the garbage.

What’s the rule on walking by someone else’s garbage can they already put out while carrying a bag of your dog’s poop? Are you allowed to toss the bag in or no? Does it matter if the can is still full or already empty?! 🐕 💩 🚮
