Tiny Fighters: A Year of Building, Failing, Learning It’s been more than a year now that I’ve been committed to developing @TheTinyFighters brand. Time for a quick debrief. Heart open. Builder to builder. My personal goal has always been the same: build an online business, help brands leverage metaverses, and give creators the structure to thrive in this ecosystem. I entered the space as a @TheSandboxGame Project Leader, but quickly realized a business cannot rely on a single metaverse. So I launched the series 'Metaverse Discovery' to expand my knowledge and shape my offer. I streamed hours of content to understand the mechanics and opportunities of @niftyisland and @_portals_ . I built strong connections with creators and deep knowledge of metaverses and community engagement. At the same time, I pushed the Tiny Fighters IP with 3D avatars, learned business development 101 with @Oscom2, and learned how to communicate with @KevinRisser_. I also closed a deal with TheSandbox to create a resource management game, integrated @The_Life_Bomb in Nifty Island, and worked as a judge for game jams from Sandbox to Portals. Writing this sounds easy, but in reality, for the first few years, I felt terrible working in Web3 gaming. I paid the price of inconsistency and a real struggle to focus and prioritize. Kept working on myself. Found a wonderful girlfriend. Moved out of my apartment. Grew my metrology business (flourishing this year). Started preparing to move to NZ in 2026. Climbed several mountains (literally). Spent quality time with friends and family. I’m unhappy with my current position to change this market for the better. One main element is missing: people who care. They exist, I’ve seen it, but I failed to gather them consistently. Too many decks, not enough game nights. I have few months in front of me to make this a business for real. Community first. I'll improve this brand to display properly its value. I’ll find 100 supporters per metaverses and reward them daily with prizes and opportunities. I’ll help brands leverage metaverses to grow their products. I’ll continue to support the creators who stuck with me through the process. Still a lot of room for growth. Might change my @ for this new chapter. Stay tuned.
