What a night in Los Angeles! 🎨✨ Our in-person Launchpad Dev Meet brought together @DeviantArt community members and successful sellers for an evening of professional sessions on monetizing your art with AZMaybe9 and Niels van Dalen, a LIVE art drawing with Christina Yen (SixthLeafClover Studios), and networking for deviants and the team. We got together at the legendary EastWest Studios- an iconic space where music legends have recorded their greatest albums for decades. The creative energy in the room was electric as we looked toward the next evolution of our platform. The evening kicked off with Master of Ceremony Lauren Rawlins interviewing Nicole Keller, our Head of Community, who shared how years of artist feedback have transformed into a "white-glove" experience for sellers. We also sat down for an inspiring deep dive with the duo behind @AZmaybe9 and Niels van Dalen to hear their unique path to success. Dan Leveille @danlev our VP Product Marketing then gave us a tour of the essential seller toolkit, including a sneaky first look at Originals, which is our brand-new product coming soon. A massive thank you to the incredible Christina Yen, @sixthleafclover for a brilliant LIVE art drawing that left everyone inspired. @Cyber_Trailer The "doors are locked" means locked from the outside. The car detected a disturbance and is making it clear that people can't open your car's doors and get in. It doesn't make any sense for them to lock you in the car.

Dallas, TX (MAR.07.2026)- ‘Disturbance detected’ ‘doors are locked’ Many followers know that we don’t post every Waymo fail video here to X. There’s too high of quantity. We limit to higher quality videos with distinctive tendencies. This one is particularly useful because it is helping us to inform about the possibility of the passenger completing an emergency exit if the vehicle is about to be struck by a train, etc. In this event, we see that the Waymo struggled through what appears to be a road construction. Then the vehicle pursued a route into cross traffic. prior to correcting. The human drivers did not seem to be confused, this is another situation right on the edge of road rage. The video allowed us to zoom in on the screen to capture some of the interface during the event. It should also be noted that apparently in Dallas, you get a domestic based supervisor at this time (or the situation was immediately escalated to a domestic supervisor.) @Wrecktrooper @niccruzpatane They have exemptions since their fleet is so small. Cars that are exempt (without a steering wheel) are capped at 2,500 per year. Given that Waymo’s fleet is larger than that and the way they’re scaling, they probably didn’t want to cap themselves. 🤷‍♀️
