.@nita_clarke: There's a lot of mixed messages about how hybrid should work - but the clock isn't being turned back, with IES research suggesting 7 out of 10 people wanting to remain working in a hybrid pattern. #futureofwork

.@tonywilsonIES: we are seeing significant rises in worklessness for older people. Reasons for the large rises is primarily 'early retirement', but often not out of choice and better support is needed to bring this group back to the labour market. #futureofwork

. @JoyKWilliams: lack of relevant work experience is a barrier to good quality work, as reported by just under three quarters of young people surveyed. #futureofwork

Organisational labour market concerns at the moment revolve around 2 main questions: How do I keep people? and How do I get people? But rising #economic #inactivity is being driven by higher worklessness due to #illhealth #futureofwork #hr @EmploymtStudies
