Burke Lakefront Airport lost $1.4 million in 2023. They have finally raised the daily parking fee for the first time since at least 2015, from $6 to $7. Over the same period the price for the Orange lot at CLE has increased from $11 to $18.

JFK once described Wash DC as a "city of Southern efficiency and Northern charm." Meaning it was a no-good/me-first place, being a combination of swampy indolence without any hospitality. Still that way, but a little more fringy than in the past.

Cosm just announced that the company will be opening its fifth venue in downtown Cleveland.
They currently have locations in Los Angeles and Dallas, with Atlanta, Detroit, and now Cleveland in progress.
The goal is to open 50 locations within five years.
