Amazing day at the farm yesterday. Thank you to all involved in our field day. Students were amazing and had so much fun demonstrating critical thinking, perseverance, as well as PE skills. Hopefully everyone had as much fun as I did.

When a student acts inappropriately treat the root causes (i.e. lack of attention, power, control, competence, belonging, etc.). Don't treat the symptoms (i.e. yelling, hitting, throwing things, defiance, etc.). Treating the symptoms is only a temporary fix! #thatonekid
