For weight loss: I recommend something that is very tasteful. Try the greek cherry dannon light + fit @Dannon ...usually i don't reach out enough to review publicly but this is one that deserves pure recognition. 80 calories, 12g protein, and 0g fat ~ so this is what i'm eating
