It’s great to see founders raising money from VCs and Web2 investors even while having a live token.
For a long time, this has been a major blocker for many strong startups. A lot of founders assumed that once they launched a token, raising capital would no longer be possible, but that simply isn’t true.
As fundraising alongside a live token becomes more normal, more founders will feel confident launching tokens for their startups.

I am still numb from this incredible news last night. @Pumpfun gets a lot of flak from the community. Behind the scenes they are trying to build something incredible that web3 purists would really love. Each of the Hackathon projects have the potential to be massively successful companies which drive lasting value back to holders. This means tokenomics and other structures that make sense and flip the narrative from what crypto has been.
This Hackathon is about building in public. Building in public creates an opportunity for the community to truly understand the developers behind projects that have more than just meme value. When you watch someone for hours, or listen, or see them show up, you get a real sense for who they are. Vulnerabilities, strengths, passions, or the lack thereof. Hype by definition is a short-lived signal traders rely on too much. When it fades, what is left for them?
That's something that market cap doesn't always reflect. But when you work on a viable business model, revenue streams, and figure out your addressable market, "gud tek" takes on a whole new meaning.
I am in some really high-caliber company now with the other Hackathon winners, and can't wait to see who else will join. I know we will boost each other in what is one of the biggest building events of the last several years.
I'll say it again, this is a life-changing opportunity for me and others who will be on Bloxx team. With @BloxApi, we're building things that have meaning and value, and will elevate and enrich many others, hopefully MILLIONS in the unusual times ahead.

As of today, we are thrilled to announce that SolanaFloor has been acquired by @jito_sol and will resume operations under the Jito Foundation’s ownership while maintaining full editorial independence. After announcing a wind-down in February 2026 following an exploit tied to our parent organization, we explored external financing and acquisition options. However, the team was unable to secure a viable path forward at the time, leaving a gap in independent coverage of onchain activity across the Solana ecosystem. Now, we can resume operations. While SolanaFloor will operate under Jito Foundation ownership, all editorial decisions including story selection, data presentation, and coverage priorities will remain fully independent of Jito Foundation’s activities, partnerships, and interests. The mission remains unchanged: documenting the ongoing rise of the Solana ecosystem and providing clear, unbiased research and journalism. It’s a critical time for the chain. Spot $SOL ETFs have crossed $1B in AUM. The ecosystem is gradually institutionalizing. New DeFi tools and integrations emerge every day. The need for independent Solana coverage has never been more apparent. “When SolanaFloor went dark, the ecosystem lost something difficult to replace,” said @brian_smith_0 , President of Jito Foundation. “This acquisition is about filling the gap with a platform that operates from a position of editorial independence. Jito has a long term stake in the health of the Solana ecosystem, and that means investing in the infrastructure and public goods that keeps the community informed.” Additional details on the relaunch -- including editorial structure, commercial offerings, and team updates -- will be shared soon.
