@ianlandsman In my experience some amazing people's work can't be on a public repo, HypeSheet, and they have no reason to be on a podcast or blog. I don't think those people have a weird history if they are good at what they do but it's not public. Maybe I'm missing something? 🤔

I just witnessed a major, horrific aircraft crash with an explosion and dust rising into the air while I'm on my flight on the runway. I will report on it soon, waiting for more details but the person behind me said it was possible it was a helicopter or some type of single engine aircraft but it was hard to tell

@abigailotwell That’s great and all but “urban?” Those kids look about as urban as a Vineyard Vines model. There are University of Alabama sororities that are more urban.

My wife and I have started to consider the idea of moving away from Texas. Cities were considering: - Raleigh, NC - Nashville, TN (Brentwood area?) - Charlotte, NC - St. Louis, MO (Ladue area) Anything else that’s similar we should consider? We want big TREES, great nature, four seasons of weather. International airport, and ideally country clubs nearby. States with a high income tax are a no go. 5-6% state income tax is max I want to do coming from 0%. Summers in Texas are the worst. We can’t do it anymore.
