@HMRCcustomers Why would it take 10 working days after payment’s been ISSUED , only takes 3-5 working days for chaps and bacs payment?????? Has it been issued or not

@HMRCcustomers I’ll ask again , my repayment has changed from pending to issued , how long till it hits my bank ,

@HMRCcustomers To my HMRC act but wasn’t showing on my screen for some reason, which in turn allowed him to send the money to the correct sort code ..all along i said that the money had been returned to u already and all I needed to do was actually speak to someone who ACTUALLY knows something

@HMRCcustomers Hi Tim , the instructions you and your colleagues on here gave me were incorrect, I haven’t had to write a letter at all , after contacting the tax adviser who looked it not my claim last year by phone , he actually sorted it there and then due to the funds being returned

@HMRCcustomers hi on the 18/4 my self assessment refund changed from pending to issued , and it asays bank repayment on the 18/4 when will it clear it’s been 4 days

@HMRCcustomers One I STIPULATED on my tax return to pay and no other, everything was agreed and issued … tbh I just want my money and embarrass to say I’m going to struggle writing a letter please help

@HMRCcustomers And I hasn’t come through, like i said before, my bank said that the payment would t of Even been sent due to incorrect details and bounced STRAIGHT back to your act , you can’t even says it’s cause of security I need to write ..u tried paying to a act that’s different to the

@HMRCcustomers I struggle with writing due to dyslexia, can I not call and sort this out. Saw me struggling and feeling embarrassed

@HMRCcustomers The payment was issued on 18/4 , I contacted u and was told wrong bank details ,, and I had to contact yourselves by post to ask for the money to be reclaimed and sent to my correct bank act. My bank said that the money hasn’t left your act due to incorrect details

@HMRCcustomers Apparently I put down 1 digit wrong for my act number , the money was apparently sent out to the act I put , spoke with my bank and they said the money wouldn’t of left YOUR bank as details don’t match any act at my bank , Iv been told I have to write a letter explaining this ,
