@rdcjocl I am so sorry this happened. Sadly, there is inadequate training & education at many services. Honestly the community & state officials need to rally behind EMS to assure there's funds for adequate pay, education, equipment. It literally takes a village.

@dannys_dose I want, need and with the help of others, get my story out and share my experience in New Jersey, which has been incredibly distressing for me. I encountered situations where two paramedics and two EMTs/EMS falsified important documentation, and it was heartbreaking to see a lack of urgency and compassion during such critical moments. I have gathered a binder full of these falsified medical records, and it’s frustrating to feel like nothing changed despite my efforts to bring this to light. Through an Open Public Records Act request, I managed to obtain a video from the township that also revealed the inadequacy of their equipment. Tragically, my mother lost her life, and I can’t help but wonder if there were others who suffered similarly. The state eventually determined that the township ambulance was lacking essential equipment, leading to its shutdown. My hope is that by sharing this, we can raise awareness and advocate for the changes that are so desperately needed in our emergency services.

@musk_news13 Sure. I have some stuck back and gave each of my grandchildren one. Just because. - Question, who has half-dollar coins in their collection?

The average American has only been to five of these cities. 🇺🇸✈️ I’ve been to 21 total. How many have you been to?

the crisis of untreated pain needs evidence-based solutions focused on patient quality of life. here's what research shows: 1. blanket restrictions on pain management have devastated patient care 2. one-size-fits-all policies ignore individual needs 3. millions are finding relief through natural alternatives like kratom 4. patient autonomy in treatment choices matters focusing on actual patient outcomes rather than moral panic would be a start. medical decisions should be between patients and their doctors, not regulators. and access to natural options like kratom shouldn't be restricted when they're helping millions manage pain safely. key areas to explore: - improved access to integrated pain management - protecting access to natural alternatives like kratom - supporting patient advocacy groups - fighting against prohibition policies that limit choices - educating about all available options, not just pharmaceuticals most importantly: pain patients need allies to amplify their voices. whether finding relief through traditional medicine or botanicals like kratom, patient experiences matter more than regulatory fear-mongering.
