Manufacturing has SOPs, manuals, and systems. Knowledge work has… "Ask Steve, he knows how it works." That's not a process. That's a single point of failure wearing a lanyard. One of Software Factory’s key selling points is its ability to absorb tribal knowledge and give companies tools to manage its evolving knowledge and make it available to all of its employees.

My father worked every day of my life from 4am to 9pm. I didn’t get to see him much. His sacrifice was the reason we made it in the USA. Now, through manufacturing and @M3Aerospace, I get to spend almost every hour with him. Breakfast talks about financials with mom, loading material, running the shop, dreaming at night. Manufacturing isn’t just about reindustrializing America for me. It’s given me an opportunity to reclaim lost time with my dad. 🇺🇸

Hahha, No Chamath - while manufacturing loves forcing everyone to write documentation, nobody really pays attention to any of it and just asks Steve 90% of the time.
