The medical tests “NEYMAR ” underwent, confirmed the Anterior Cruciate Ligament and Meniscus tear injury in his knee, he will be going through surgery and then a treatment program that will be determined later.. Return Stronger @neymarjr 💙 #AlHilal

it’s worth noting that we’ve never geo-blocked highlights on MLS social channels (at least since I started in 2015)…
that’s probably why big moments from Zlatan and Rooney were able to put up similar numbers to Messi, but Messi’s overall reach is still in a class of his own

Look at the differences in these engagement numbers between Messi's big free kick for PSG vs his free kick last night for Miami.. 1st image - American Ligue 1 coverage (124k) 2nd image - UK Ligue 1 coverage (3.1m) 3rd image - Argentine Ligue 1 coverage (258k) 4th image - MLS coverage of the goal last night (11.4m) 3.5 million engagements combined for the first 3 after 6 months, while MLS's will hit 15 million on that one tweet by lunch. The official Ligue 1 account doesn't even have a video of the Messi goal against Lille. This is why geo-locking sports content is a killer for growth in 2023 and another reason why the MLS / Apple deal is incredible for MLS.
