FINAL LONG RUN BEFORE THE UK ATTEMPT 🙏 Today was the final long run of the training plan before I attempt to run the length of the UK in 9 days time. Gonna be honest, I’m proper nervous but the legs are feeling relatively fresh and mentally I’m prepared. Truly the only way I can prove that I am able to do this challenge is by getting out there and starting. Theres no guarantee my body can handle it, but I’m prepared to give absolutely everything I’ve got. Let’s run for mental health ❤️
