@danthorpe10 I’m sorry for any issues you are having. Please try updating/restarting the app and switch between Wi-Fi/mobile data. You can try to use our website as a workaround, and can also chat 24/7 from the support ? option in the app and one of our colleagues there can look to help. ^Roy

@HalifaxBank my mum is also having the same issue. Though transactions don’t seem to be showing on the app either??

@JustEatUK @McDonaldsUK Someone called Jade from @justeatuk refused to refund again privately, calling it a “goodwill”. You failed to deliver an item I have paid for and refused a refund - it is not a goodwill, it is failing your obligations. I just wonder how many customers were treated the same way

@JustEatUK shame on you just eat! A @McDonaldsUK milk shake was missing from our order that our daughter was so exciting about. Instead of a refund and an apology you refused it. It is a usual thing to deliver wrong or missing items form McDonald’s but it least you used to refund

@JustEatUK spoke to your customer service. As soon as you mention the word refund on an order that was well over an hour late and had not yet turned up your advisors end the chat. Spoke to 5 advisors who all ended the chats. You are a disgrace and don’t care about your customers

@DPDgroup_news never had an issue with DPD until this week. Had a parcel delivered and wasn't home, expected it to be put in my safe place, it wasn't but states it was. Left in the front garden. No idea where my parcel is and can't seem to speak to anyone from DPD
