Channel Swim Update: We wrapped up training in London a few days ago and made our way to Dover. Our team moral is at an all time high having just official passed our £100,000 fundraising target. Keep an eye out for our start date…

Day: 8 Time: 35min Temp: 11C Location: Foxlake, Dunbar. I enjoyed this one! Today was my first swim at an official venue which came with it, a 300m course, no currents, fresh water and even a sauna to warm up in afterwards. Today felt much more like training 💪🏼

Day: 6 Temp: 9C Time: 32min Location: Longniddry w/ @edinburghblueballs Nice! My first time above the 30 minute marker. Sometime getting into some deep and meaningful helps pass the time 🙏🏼 #coldwatertraining #coldwaterimmersion #cold #swimming #swim
