@danwhitedw I had a similar issue with crosscountry years ago, had to spend £40 on a taxi because there was no trains, and they argued that they didn't have to reimburse me because there was another train in over 2 hours that I could have got on instead. Don't get your hopes up.

@AvantiWestCoast if I use my ticket from Marylebone to Solihull and taxi from Solihull to international, can I get reimbursement for the taxi?
