Found 10 valid bugs in Polygon Heimdall for @sherlockdefi. Earned hundreds of dollars in rewards with ~60% precision. I'm more proud of the bug quality than the payout itself. While I expected a bit more from the reward pool, the results are definitely enough to keep me motivated

just wrote my final papers and defended my project. uni is officially done. 7 months into smart contract security. zero findings. and for the first time in my life I own my entire day. so I'm giving the next 3 months one job: my first valid finding by October 1st. the daily routine: → Ethernaut challenge every day → rounding up @CyfrinUpdraft Advanced Foundry Course → reading Solodit reports to learn how real bugs get found → everything documented on GitHub first stop: First Flights. I'll be honest, hunting real vulnerabilities in real codebases scares me. tutorials make you feel ready. I know I'm probably not. but I'm documenting the whole thing here. the wins, the rejections, all of it. if you're early in this space too, follow along. let's see what 90 days of locked in actually looks like.

Observe something about audit guys on CT, the real ones that really participate in BBP/Contest are hardly active on x, if you see one know that he has made enough fortune that gives him enough time for flexibility due to reduction in his commitment. What i mean is that, SRs early stage is real hustle none-stop, this makes it almost impossible for him to be active on x posting, but once he has earned enough, then he becomes very active here 🤣🤣. Thats my oberrvation

I'm hiring another researcher/writer. If you want to get paid to study and learn from the best about how to communicate complex subjects clearly, here's your chance. This isn't a job you can coast at. Lots of flexibility and autonomy, and few meetings, but weekend work is common.
