#CityPowerUpdates #RoodepoortSDC Dear Councilors, Customers and affected stakeholders, Peter Road Substation Outage Update Large parts of Little Falls, Wilgeheuwel and surrounding areas encountered an unplanned loss of supply yesterday. Operators who investigated the outage found that there was multiple cable faults that needed to be located and repaired. Backfeeding was not an option because of an existing cable fault. Today, test branch located four cable faults and three teams are on site repairing the faults. I thank you for your patience during this time and assure you that we are confident of restoring power by this evening, provided that there are no further challenges.
