@popplioikawa i've recently felt my art skills plateau a bit so i will also complain along the way but i've learned it's fun to study with friends!! i felt peer pressured to do more anatomy studies bc i saw my mutuals doing them lol. we are all united by the art grind

the problem with being an adult is that you can't just draw crazily and expect your art to naturally improve anymore. you actually have to start making conscious deliberate choices about what you want your art to look like and work towards that. terrible news for lazies like me

I always think about how someone said that leaving a little bit of your drawing program ui in your art screenshot is equivalent to an artist leaving their pencil/paintbrush in the corner of a photo
