@dapplestone It's not too late! You can set up your own 401k -- you don't need a company one.

I've never put $$$ in the stock market. I don't have a 401k. I don't own property. But today I invested $2,222.22 in digital assets. There's a lot of opportunity to remove UX friction from the process I went through. Most regular folks won't wade through the hassle = opportunity.

Buying domains is like purchasing arduino projects... So much promise, but I largely fail to execute at a high level. Managed to not buy smoo.bar tonight (whew).

@tiffani As a technical recruiter, I actually had hiring managers push back on interviewing people (black, brown, and women) for having *too many* certifications.

I know some folks will be helped, but I’m tired of people always thinking Black folks need “skills training”. There are apprenticeships and bootcamps and trainings and workshops and yadda yadda yadda. Black ppl will get tons of training and then still not be hired, funded, etc
