XAUUSD . Today is CPI day, and me along with my community is already riding a 1000+ pips move. The logic was explained in detail in my previous analysis, but let me simplify it again. Around the 4700 level — which is a strong round number — the market showed multiple rejections after long consolidation. Because of this, many traders placed long positions with stop losses below 4700. At the same time, during Wednesday’s Asian session, Gold made a very strong and aggressive bullish move. Most traders missed that move, so on Thursday, after consolidation, they tried to enter again — and many are still holding buy positions expecting a breakout of weekly highs. But in my view, this is a trap. That buying was not real strength — it was created to build confidence among buyers. Recently, the actual moves are happening during Asian session or near market closing, while the rest of the day is focused on liquidity creation. If that bullish move was genuine, the market should have continued higher after a small retracement. But instead, after a 1500-pip upside move, the market reversed and gave a full 1500-pip downside by day end. This clearly shows the intention of big players. They gave buyers another chance to enter — and now in the coming hours, those buyers are likely to get trapped badly.
