@Beachbody has no regard for their customers well being. Only care about the money. I was in the hospital on Monday and found out I needed to have surgery. Beachbody knowing this, refused to refund a same day charge for renewal. Makes me sick.

Membership renewals were last thing on my mind when finding out you need surgery

@Beachbody I did submit the form. I was denied as I opened the subscription renewal on January 18th a month before I was in the hospital and also denied when requesting the refund same day I was charged the renewal.
