it's been a while.
how's it going?
in the past 3y I've shipped 10+ apps and made a nice buck out of it.
I never had a job in a traditional sense in my life, and it feels quite rewarding to have built this from scratch and to have such a diversified revenue stream.
At the same time I also grew a YT channel with Sandra, did a podcast and shipped multiple open source apps, all while doing consulting for some of the biggest companies in Europe.
I love building & shipping.
So that's me, what's been up with you?

2y+ ago I made one avatar in Figma. No AI, no plan.
400 avatars, a community, and a business later, the only growth hack that worked was not quitting.

I've spent enough time creating animated AI avatars that I instantly notice when one falls apart.
