@Eternal_Dew While I don’t necessarily blame Iroh, I think a lot of the fanbase deifies his character to an extent that it’s not the same person. Iroh wasn’t a 100% wise and good old man. He was also complicit in the fire nation and even partook in its atrocities. it doesn’t mean he should

It has nothing to do with skin color or religion, politics or sex. We are just imperfect beings the sooner we all learn that the-

I am just showing you that because of the clash of two different cultures, something seen as lighthearted to me may come off as great disrespect to you and the opposite may be true as well simply because we were raised in-

@IMissHitchSlaps @politicalawake Still connect because we have mostly been through the same things, hence why we acknowledge each other in passing, even if we do not know each other. The original poster of that video was probably making a joke to demonstrate a similar idea or point of view.

@IMissHitchSlaps @politicalawake It may very well operate differently for people in European nations because not every European country is the same or shares the same experiences. But because of the way black people have experienced things in parts of Africa, the Caribbean and even the Americas, they can-

@politicalawake It's a skit, the woman in the burgundy scarf is having a dig at her own kin for not attempting to speak the language of the nation once they've settled there. Although I imagine she's speaking from experience as she's likely had this snub directed at her, so made a video about it
