I usually agree with most of your takes bro but this isn't one of them. Killing a junkie who was only fleeing isn't the way dude. Cops assult, criminalize, and even kill people for ignorant shit that shouldn't even be illegal. (Makes me think of the story where a cop shot a disgruntled old man over tall grass.) It's not cool to be selling and doing dope, but killing a fleeing junkie is probably worse.
