Oh, and charity shops (where many of us buy cheap, nice clothes for our fast-growing kids) have all been closed, and we also couldn’t clothes swap/hand-me-down with friends in lockdown, so there have been almost NO options to get affordable kids stuff, for many.

Before joining the ‘Primark queue slagathon’ pls remember: a) some people CAN’T shop online as they don’t have a credit/debit card b) money is tight for many now, so Primark is an affordable option c) many are buying clothes for their kids who’ve outgrown everything.. Be kind🙏🏻

@darlingdog @annkempster He is great thanks - he recently had to have five teeth out, but he’s recovered from that okay. And his breath has improved markedly!

@susiemesure Just baffling. Truly. I have no answers to give to my two children aged 5&7. Also, both of us are self employed, this is breaking us. Grandparents can’t help us. We can’t afford a nanny.

Apologies to anyone bored by my incessant ranting about schools but I don’t understand how this hasn’t been THE issue for weeks. Every adult in the country will emerge from lockdown before children. Seems they’re being punished. Also, who are these MEN making these decisions?

Can anyone who lives near me in Hampstead Garden Suburb help? We had a leaflet with info about a young girl cycling on her red trike to raise money for her charity. I saw her cycling out in the rain today! I want to donate but can’t find the leaflet. Need info. Thanks.
