@JD82__ Thats how I saw it too. If he catches the cross (if?🙈) I didn't feel they were creating much up to that point to get clear chances in box. Best chance over the 90 still possibly Kai early on. Once they score first, we couldn't change it, as we had to start our "late" option.

I think the next crisis for the Premier League is how we stop 16 year olds from scoring goals. It’s basically child labour and should be stopped. I think we need a well meaning campaign of discerning pundits (who are definitely concerned about the good of the game) to stop this.

The most damning indictment on the state of the game right now is that fans, managers and media are forcing a narrative of Arsenal bending the rules of football when they’re in a title race with a club that is evading 115 charges for bending the rules of football.

I accept that it’s difficult to apply the laws of football evenly. They’re often quite subjective.
But the one thing I know they can’t get anywhere close to even, is trying to give penalties or chalk off goals for grappling on set pieces.

@timstillman_ I like corners being scraps and don't trust the institutions to adjudicate that fairly. Maybe a limit on six-yard occupation. From an Arsenal POV, don't even think we benefit much. We benefit from Gabriel jumping nine feet in the air and Saka laying it on his big forehead.

@PoznanInMyPants Can see us having a routine next time that happens for the 3 players that are left "free" to work themselves in to dangerous positions, whether it's as a pod away from the group or positioned to work a short corner in to the penalty box. It will last a out a week as a tactic

Just seems a bit weird that apparently Arsenal are incapable of creating from open play and can only do it from Setpieces but every week teams put 10 behind the ball against Arsenal (why? They can’t create from open play?) and risk conceding more Setpieces? Doesn’t seem smart.
