This company was less than 50cr mcap, 10-12 yrs back when everyone was talking negatively about it. Over the last 12 years, Promoter ultimately delivered with 42% PAT Cagr and not a single year of negative cash flow. Now we are seeing many reputed fund managers lining up to visit its plant at 14000cr mcap. What does this teach you ? Ultimately performance and Content Matters Not the platform on which they perform. For performers there are always takers on OTT and Big Screen. Now it's completely your choice to identify early and deal with skepticism which is not easy I agree, or wait to buy when the Institution enters. I respect both Retail and Institutions. As both are critical to the dynamics of the market. There are different investing styles, and in our market there is a place for everyone to get rewarded accordingly. I don't know about others but this is what I feel. Never undermine one style on expenses of another. Thanks 🙏🏻

@darshit_85 The swap ratio announced was prevalent based on capital structure of the two co's as on a particular date. Thereafter any change in capital structure in 1 co, would also be adjusted in the other. Which means, the bonus given in #Inoxwind will also have similar effect in #IWEL

As promised am telling about my Kashmir visits. 2014 - Flew into Srinagar. From where we were driving to Leh. Stayed overnight at houseboat in Dal Lake. During dinner (our group was vegetarian and had conveyed earlier) there was just rice and a vegetable. We told them please at least make daal. To this the guy told this "tum Indians ke nakhre bahut hain". We were shocked beyond words. To listen to this in your own country from a supposedly fellow Indian was too shocking. Obviously times were such that we did not think of escalating. We were happy that we were in Kashmir only for 1 day during that trip. We found others also hostile during the stay in the valley. People in Kargil, Drass were very good and friendly. And of course, the same goes for people in Ladakh. Next we went to Kashmir as a group in 2022. I was reluctant. But since our group wanted to go, I went. There were visible improvements in attitude of people. But overall experience still left a lot to be desired. Most people always had negativity towards government. I am hearing things have been improving more on that front. And people are understanding that government is working for their development. I never said Kashmir is not beautiful. But Switzerland and many other places are equally if not more beautiful. Personally, I find Swiss more beautiful, maybe because I have explored it more (3 visits). But then that's my view. Which obviously can differ from others. Kashmir and it's people still have a long way to go, before they provide even a comparable experience. I am hopeful there will be imcremental improvements along the way. It will take time.

Five people from the Prime Minister's Office were at the spot day and night for 15 days and lived there in the container. Chief Minister of Uttarakhand was present for three-four hours every day, General VK Singh, Nitin Gadkari and many other ministers used to visit there frequently and review the rescue work. A special aircraft of the Air Force was sent from Hyderabad and the agar machine was brought from Slovenia. The world's biggest rescue expert was called by a special plane.. To order a special kind of plasma cutter, first the team was sent to Hyderabad, then the plane was sent to America and a special kind of plasma cutter was brought from there. Four machines and robots and ground penetrating radar were brought from Switzerland by special aircraft. A helipad and a working runway were also built at the accident site and a vertical oxygen generator plant was installed at the accident site. Put your hand on your heart and think whether you have ever heard of this rescue operation being conducted in such a quick manner before in history.

Insolation energy dream run continues As per september imports , insolation group (energy+green energy) imported 16 cr of solar cells. Now Apr is 17 cr (not in below data) plus May to Sep is 72 cr. So 6 months solar cell import is 89 cr. The total revenue should be 3x or 267 cr for the H1. This vs FY23 at 279 cr means that Insolation Energy is well on track to double the revenues if not exceed it. H2 is generally 30-40% higher, if we apply same ratio then annual rev will be 614 cr- 640 cr (sth very close to the AR). However, i differ with the mgmt guidance on net profit of 6% as main revenue is in insolation green energy and the NP% is much higher. (almost 20%). We won't have to wait for long- the H1 result will tell if its correct or not.

@darshit_85 No that's a misconception. It's about 3x. Selling modules along with power evacuation, setup n installation is also included in the sales no that these cos report.

Insolation energy going strong while Solex Energy is still lagging. July imports of solar cells for Insolation energy group is 11cr while Solex is just 4 cr. From Apr to July the monthly imports by Insolation has been 17+17+17+11= 62 cr. 3x sales means 185 cr of revenues.

@Investindia6 Hey, solar cells is 45-50% of total purchases of solar module..ideally it should be 2-2.2x of 62 crs..so around 130-140crs sales

So 185 cr of rev. in 4 months. Extrapolated, the annual rev will come b/w 500-600 cr or almost doubling of revenues YoY. The co has been conservative & mntn expansion to 1200 mw and solar cell cap of 600 mw cmg ahead. they are much btr capital allocators so expect solid profits.
