@darwindisciple @Lisawoody30 It’s deliberate. Leagues need to be funded after all. Players and often managers have zero clue what’s involved and that can make it seem thankless from within your own club too. They don’t get their game without the many unseen hours from the true heroes of the game 👏🏻

Being a football secretary is a full-time role on top of a full-time job—messages morning to night, 7 days a week. You follow every procedure, do everything properly, and still get penalised. It’s exhausting, demotivating. Maybe the role has changed… or maybe I have.
