I'm gutted that Bonnie Tyler passed away. She managed to stand out at a time when music was at its absolute best. She was only one of around 16 singers/groups from the 80's who had a song reach over a billion views on Youtube. @Julia_CaSsian The trick is to just put on your shoes and get out quickly before any of that sort starts. Getting started can often be the biggest hindrance. And any thoughts during your walk are completely fine, the purpose of the walk is also to give your brain the time to process things

@dashase I live in an area with lots of nature so it's a great thing to do you are right, even if with how my mind works it finds a way to overthink even there

I think i have not been able to "relax" for a long time now, between life, health and everything else. Even Twitch has been a source of some stress compared to the past. I need to start meditating or something

@ElyanGee Hab mich da leider auch zu früh gefreut...es soll sich zwar angeblich im Laufe der nächsten Woche abkühlen, aber das kurze Gewitter mit bissl Regen hat letztlich gar nichts bewirkt. Fast 42°C draußen, 31°C drinnen und ich kann langsam einfach nicht mehr...
