We were part of Disney’s approved media list for years, and even went to Celebration 2019 with Disney while also doing Clownfish TV as a side hustle. 😂
Before that we worked on licensed Disney comics for multiple publishers for a very long time. Started in 2003ish.

@TheJoshMan07 I can understand where some are coming from in terms of how Nintendo presented themselves during that era. Least during the Nintendo Directs when they used to do skits and other quirky moments. But outside of that...yeah the Wii U era was still bad.

Splatoon, smash, Bayonetta, ZombiU, etc. wasn't enough to get people to go out and BUY a Wii U who wasn't already hardcore Nintendo fans or gamers + the ads stirring everyone away made things worst.
Splatoon is one example of a amazing fucking game ruined by the ads... I'd like to imagine a horrible timeline where the Wii U made Wii & Switch levels of money, and Splatoon was near COD levels of "beloved"
