@MarshMaya16 after the honeymoon phase ended not much has happened and i haven’t intervened since, that’s all i can say besides i can’t disclose the identify of the one who took charge out of respect since they didn’t want to be revealed

someone else took charge and I stepped off to the side since i did what i set out to do

I’m not mad or anything but if you’re going to (rightfully) criticize the fnf devs for this could you at least give some sort of statement on soft mod’s progress?

honestly it’s rly impressive how base fnf always finds new and innovative ways to deliver nothing like not even from a place of pure hate im just genuinely impressed every other week something new gets delayed

@MarshMaya16 well to add on during the time i was actively directing i wrote the 5+ Google Docs/twitlonger dev logs all by myself, contributed the music sampler videos, release trailer, etc, all while juggling managing the team and my own assigned music, charting, and coding responsibilities

@TheRealInflnlty i can say from my experience having any sort of creative hobby like music prod makes u feel fulfilled/happy in a way that others don't to the same extent. the skills u have as a genuine prod are admirable bc of the work it took to get there, that's something ai will never have

@TheRealInflnlty obv idk ur relationship with music prod and i do agree the rise of ai music is really disheartening, but i think it'd be a shame to entirely ditch a hobby u spent this long investing in. if u rly feel like it's not worth it or enjoyable anymore tho then i understand
