@databyavii @X I think the frustration comes from interviews over-indexing on DSA patterns while many actual jobs involve product, systems, debugging, and communication too 😭 But that doesn’t make DSA irrelevant.

Just a thought @X Nowadays, a lot of techies think DSA is only for interviews and not useful after that. Once you land a job , DSA becomes obsolete and nobody cares. But I think DSA is still relevant as it teaches how to think critically to solve a problem and optimize the solutions. That skill stays valuable long after placements. What are your thoughts on this? Would love to hear different perspectives from students, developers & engineers.

can’t believe I got 200+ followers in just a couple of days. I started around 34. my goal now is to get to 1,000 as fast as possible and use this account to share: - what I’m building - what I’m learning - the tools I’m using - the wins and the mistakes if you’re into tech, startups, software, or building products, follow along. let’s connect.🫂

100 followers in a day?🎉 What is happening this Sunday? Thank you so much everyone! Also it’s my first time doing 100 replies in a day! Great Sunday work 😍

You get 2 job offers on the exact same day. 📄 1. Big Tech MNC (₹30 LPA) — Maintaining legacy enterprise code. 2. Seed-stage AI Startup (₹15 LPA) — Building the next generation of LLM tools. Do you take the cash or the exponential learning? 🚀

Still can’t believe the support I’ve received for the @owndotpage Product Hunt launch - from some of the biggest indie hackers on X including Marc!🥹 Even if I don’t reach #1, I’m insanely grateful for every kind word, repost, and support. And if you ever doubt whether X is still the best platform and worth staying on, I’d say without hesitation: yes. Because of the amazing community and the incredible people here.

I think , both should be balanced. I myself cleared many college campus placements and one thing I realized that CGPA is very important as it will help you get shortlisted. If you dont have a good CGPA(like above 7.5 or 8) , it will be very hard for you to even sit in the placements let alone crack them.

Hot take for the 2026/2027 batch 🌶️ Clearing coding qualifiers and winning hackathons is 10x more valuable for your career than grinding for a 9.5+ CGPA. Prove me wrong. 🍿

@kaaaash____ Gemini is the most easy answer. Chatgpt worked as a foundation for the industry and claude is the future but I don't see Gemini anywhere.

That's insane, but just a suggestion @elonmusk make Grok a little personalized for developers — remember coding style, context, terminal history, and long-session reasoning like a true AI pair programmer. It would benefit us a lot because claude code is way better right now ngl. But still waiting for this to get released.

Grok foundation model V9-Medium (1.5T) has finished training. Evals look good. A lot of Cursor data was added in supplementary training and there is more to come. Fine-tuning is underway and reinforcement learning begins in a few days. 2 to 3 weeks to public release. This will be a major improvement over the 0.5T v8-small that currently serves all Grok production traffic, especially for difficult coding tasks.

@Shivam25mishra Nope, i think windows is best as a college student as you are in your learning phase. But when you step into corporate prod, mac is a better option.
