@audenhih my first therapist that i got without my dads help was like that. she was only a few years older than me 😭😭😭

@datachapel i got the opposite end of the spectrum where my therapist was in her master's program when we first met and is constantly using her clients/patients as an excuse to keep learning. she's younger than my brother which is so weird to me but i love her sm

had my first meeting with my new therapist today. she's the first mf to actually take my diagnoses at face value instead of casting doubt on me within the first 10 minutes. here's to a productive relationship
