Actually think Solana largely dies at the end of this bull run. Like maybe still one of the bigger chains in future cycles, but smaller than the largest 2-3 L2s within 5 years It’s a shitcoin casino, left over from FTX last cycle. FTX doesn’t exist anymore. Coinbase is the biggest shop in town and soon likely expands to be a global leader. L2s are cheaper, and now much faster than Solana. DeFi isn’t built on Solana, almost nothing is built on Solana outside the casino infra. Inflation is *much* higher than ETH, the only thing holding up price is the casino. ETH is the multi-decade winner as *settlement layer* (we can talk issues with price/value from L2s, and how long those might take to figure out). ^If that’s not clear to you then you’re living under a rock. BlackRock is investing in and building on Ethereum, everyone outside the casino is building on Ethereum (L2s) As soon as the music stops and the bear market comes for real, the inflation with no casino is going to collapse price, and imho future retail cycles and retail dapps are much more likely to be on EVM. We’ve seen in social media how difficult network effects are to overcome, Ethereum has lost momentum and is still many many miles ahead on network effect
