A few months before my final semester at college, I remember thinking how fast everything was getting real. I was 20 and needed to figure out what I was gonna be doing next for my career after I graduated Around then I came across @Gemini, a company I’d been following since I first got into crypto, and just decided to go for it Over the past few months I got to build across both the exchange and predictions, going from just learning how things worked to actually working on systems tied to real markets and real users One thing that stood out a lot was how little your “level” actually mattered. At Gemini I felt trusted to contribute and take ownership early, which isn’t something you find just anywhere The way the team operates made it easy to learn fast - being able to touch different parts of the product and work with people across the org really pushed me to grow a lot, especially in how I think about building things that actually hold up Now, I’m excited to say that I’ll be joining Gemini full-time working on predictions Thank you to everyone who was there supporting me in every step of the way! @Internmom @datadawg and the list goes on!
