Got reply from @cex_io after 6 days. They’re refusing to clear or return my funds as my bank can’t provide the info they require in a pdf. Fantastic customer service… not! Beware @cex_io if you don’t want to have money tied up in pointless bureaucracy for weeks.

Really disappointed by @cex_io customer service. 0 response from multiple attempts to contact about missing deposit. Can not recommend.

Previously been happy with @blockchain , but no longer. £9k bank transfer not in my account and their support not responding to multiple tickets after 3 days. Wtf!!!
