Amorim hit the bullseye. This is not about tactics. Not about formations. Not about tweaking details. Everyone has to live the same principles. Youth coaches. First team staff. Agents. CEO. DOF. Every glacier water sipping suit in the boardroom. Jim. The same ideas. The same standards. Down to the smallest detail. Only when the foundation is fully defined and genuinely lived can you start adjusting the dials. Before that, there are no small problems. Every bit of criticism becomes a spark.
