extremely upset with the service at @AmericanAir NYE flight to Thailand is returned back to DFW after takeoff due to engine noise and two big bumps. Flight canceled, they moved to another airline. Bags get delayed 8 hours! They offer min compensation!!

@AmericanAir I'm 5k points from American executive status! 3 times the past 15 months my bags have been delayed for 10 hours, 1.5 days, and 2 days. All for America air issues. I'm seriously considering dumping my citi executive AA card for another airline!! Too many delays!!!

@AmericanAir american airlines just keeps coming up with ways to ruin my trips. flight arrives 15 mins early and the gate is occupied. we was told 5 mins it will be open. took 35 mins so now my 1hr layover is now 30 mins. my bags didnt make it!!!! 🤬🤬🤬

another international flight and another @AmericanAir created delay!! flight delayed over 25 mins waiting on passengers just to create another delay and missed flight for the on board passengers! 3rd time in 8 months my flights have been delayed!! used points i want them bck!

@SpiritAirlines #spiritairlines moved our gate in Orlando 3xs going 2 Charlotte/NC. Flight ws delayed almost 1 hr to load luggage! 20 people luggage was never transferred! We reach CLT early morning and there is no one to mind luggage. Cust Serv ws closed! Christmas no bags!!

@SpiritAirlines nightmare ending to a great trip in Cancun. My family home flight was cancelled by spirit because they didn’t have a crew. They got placed in a raccoon infested hotel with no information on the next available flight!!
